एवं तत्‌ तव राजेन्द्र चतुरड्गबलं तदा । व्याकुलीकृत्य कौन्तेयो जयद्रथमुपाद्रवत्‌,राजेन्द्र! उस समय इस प्रकार आपकी उस चतुरंगिणी सेनाको व्याकुल करके कुन्तीकुमार अर्जुन जयद्रथकी ओर बढ़े

evaṁ tat tava rājendra catur-aṅga-balaṁ tadā | vyākulīkṛtya kaunteyo jayadratham upādravat ||

Sañjaya said: O king, at that time, having thrown your fourfold army into confusion, Kuntī’s son Arjuna pressed forward to attack Jayadratha.
