अर्जुनो5पि ततो योधांस्तावकान् रथसत्तमान् | अयोधयन्महाबाहुर्हत्वा सैन्धव्क नृपम्,महाबाहु अर्जुनने भी सिंधुराजको मारकर आपके श्रेष्ठ रथी योद्धाओंके साथ युद्ध छेड़ दिया
arjuno 'pi tato yodhāṁs tāvakān rathasattamān | ayodhayat mahābāhur hatvā saindhavaṁ nṛpam ||
Sañjaya said: Then Arjuna too, the mighty-armed, having slain the Saindhava king, engaged your foremost chariot-warriors in battle. The verse underscores the moral intensity of the moment: after exacting retribution for a pivotal wrong, Arjuna turns immediately to the wider duty of combat, pressing the war forward without pause.
