धृष्टद्युम्नस्य द्रोणाभिमुख्यं तथा सात्यकि-कर्ण-समागमः

संग्रामाणां हि धर्मज्ञ: सर्वशास्त्रार्थपारग: । न चाधर्ममहं कुर्या जानंश्वैव हि मुहासे,मैं संग्रामके धर्मोंको जानता हूँ और सम्पूर्ण वेद-शास्त्रोंके अर्थज्ञानमें पारंगत हूँ। मैं किसी प्रकार अधर्म नहीं कर सकता; यह जानते हुए भी तुम मेरे विषयमें मोहित हो रहे हो
Translation
I know the dharma of warfare and have mastered the meaning of all the Vedas and the sacred treatises. I cannot commit adharma; yet even knowing this, you are still deluded about me.
