त्रियोजनगतस्यापि तसस््य यास्याम्यहं पदम् । आसैन्धववधाद् राजन सुदृढेनान्तरात्मना,“राजन! अर्जुनके तीन योजन दूर चले जानेपर भी मैं जयद्रथ-वधके पहले ही सुदृढ़ हृदयसे अर्जुनके स्थानपर पहुँच जाऊँगा
Transliteration
triyojanagatasyāpi tasya yāsyāmy ahaṁ padam | āsaindhavavadhād rājan sudr̥ḍhenāntarātmanā ||
Translation
Sañjaya said: “O King, even if he has gone three yojanas away, I shall still reach his very position—before the slaying of Saindhava—by the steadfast resolve of my inner spirit.”
