जगाम स्यन्दनं तूर्ण पाण्डवस्य यशस्विन: । वह अस्त्र भयंकर दीखनेवाली उस शक्तिको भस्म करके तुरंत ही यशस्वी युधिष्ठिरके रथकी ओर चला

sañjaya uvāca | jagāma syandanaṃ tūrṇaṃ pāṇḍavasya yaśasvinaḥ |

Sanjaya said: The charioteer swiftly drove the chariot toward the illustrious Pandava. Having reduced that dreadful, weapon-like power to ashes, he at once turned toward the chariot of the renowned Yudhishthira.
