भीमकर्णसमागमः | Bhīma–Karṇa Encounter

दिष्ट्या त्विदानीं सम्प्राप्त एब ते बाणगोचरम्‌ | यथायं जीवितं जह्यात्‌ तथा कुरु धनंजय,धनंजय! सौभाग्यवश यह दुर्योधन इस समय तुम्हारे बाणोंके पथमें आ गया है। तुम ऐसा प्रयत्न करो, जिससे यह अपने प्राणोंको त्याग दे

diṣṭyā tvidānīṃ samprāpta eṣa te bāṇagocaram | yathāyaṃ jīvitaṃ jahyāt tathā kuru dhanañjaya dhanañjaya ||

Vāyu said: “By good fortune, at this very moment he has come within the range of your arrows. Act in such a way, O Dhanañjaya, that this man abandons his life.”
