युद्धकाले त्वयास्माकं साहां देयमिति प्रभो । बाढमित्येवमुक्त्वा तु युद्धकाल इहागत:,'शक्तिशाली पुत्र! युद्धूके अवसरपर तुम हमलोगोंको सहायता देना।” तब बहुत अच्छा कहकर इरावान् चला गया और अब युद्धके अवसरपर यहाँ आया है
Transliteration
yuddhakāle tvayāsmākaṃ sāhāṃ deyam iti prabho | bāḍham ity evam uktvā tu yuddhakāla iha āgataḥ ||
Translation
Sañjaya said: “O lord, at the time of battle you must render aid to us.” Having replied, “So be it,” he departed; and now, at the hour of war, he has come here—fulfilling the promised support when duty called.
