स तु धैर्येण तं कोपं संनिवार्य महायशा: । श्रुतायुष: प्रचिच्छेद मुष्टिदेशे महाधनु:,परंतु महायशस्वी युधिष्ठिरने धैर्यपूर्वक अपने क्रोधको दबा दिया और श्रुतायुके विशाल धनुषको, जहाँ उसे मुद्ठीसे पकड़ा जाता है, उसी जगहसे काट दिया
Transliteration
sa tu dhairyeṇa taṃ kopaṃ saṃnivārya mahāyaśāḥ | śrutāyuṣaḥ praciccheda muṣṭideśe mahādhanuḥ ||
Translation
But the illustrious one, mastering that surge of anger through steadfast self-control, cut Śrutāyus’s great bow at the very grip—where the hand holds it.
