मेरोर्दिग्वर्णनम् / Digvarṇana of Meru: Uttara-Kuru, Bhadrāśva, and Jambūdvīpa Motifs

यत्र चायं महाराज पक्षिराट्‌ पतगोत्तम: । यक्षानुगा महाराज धनिन: प्रियदर्शना:

yatra cāyaṃ mahārāja pakṣirāṭ patagottamaḥ | yakṣānugā mahārāja dhaninaḥ priyadarśanāḥ ||

Sañjaya said: “O great king, there too is this lord of birds, the finest among fliers. And there are Yakṣa-attendants—wealth-bearing, pleasing to behold—present in that region.”
