उत्तमं जवमास्थाय प्रययुर्यत्र सो5भवत्‌ | भीष्मका यह वचन सुनकर सभी महारथी द्रोणाचार्य और भीष्मको आगे करके भगदत्तकी रक्षाके लिये बड़े वेगसे उस स्थानपर गये, जहाँ भगदत्त थे

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca | uttamaṃ javam āsthāya prayayur yatra so 'bhavat |

Translation

Sañjaya said: Mustering their utmost speed, they rushed to the place where he was. Hearing Bhīṣmaka’s words, all the great chariot-warriors—placing Droṇācārya and Bhīṣma at the fore—hastened with great urgency to protect Bhagadatta, going to where he stood.
