भीष्मस्य जलप्रार्थना — अर्जुनस्य पर्जन्यास्त्रप्रयोगः — दुर्योधनं प्रति सन्ध्युपदेशः

Bhīṣma’s request for water; Arjuna’s Parjanya-astra; counsel to Duryodhana on reconciliation

तौ तु तत्र महात्मानौ समेतौ वीक्ष्य पाण्डवी

tau tu tatra mahātmānau sametau vīkṣya pāṇḍavī

Sañjaya said: There, the Pāṇḍavī (Draupadī), seeing those two great-souled heroes gathered together, watched them with keen attention—an ominous moment in the unfolding of duty and war, when the meeting of mighty men foretells the next turn of fate upon the battlefield.
