भीष्मस्य शरशय्या-प्राप्तिः
Bhīṣma’s Fall to the Arrow-Bed
ततो रक्षो महाबाहुं सात्यकिं सत्यविक्रमम् । विव्याध विशिखैस्ती क्ष्पै: सिंहनादं ननाद च
tato rakṣo mahābāhuṃ sātyakiṃ satyavikramam | vivyādha viśikhaiḥ tīkṣṇaiḥ siṃhanādaṃ nanāda ca ||
Sañjaya said: Then the rākṣasa-warrior struck the mighty-armed Sātyaki—whose valor never fails—with sharp arrows, and also roared a lion-like battle-cry.
