भीष्मस्य शरशय्या-प्राप्तिः
Bhīṣma’s Fall to the Arrow-Bed

हार्दिक्य: पार्षत॑ चापि विद्ध्वा पठचभिरायसै: । पुन: पञ्चाशता तूर्ण तिष्ठ तिछेति चाब्रवीत्,कृतव्मनि ट्रुपदकुमारको लोहेके बने हुए पाँच बाणोंसे बींधकर फिर तुरंत ही पचास बाणोंसे घायल किया और कहा--'खड़ा रह, खड़ा रह”
Transliteration
Hārdikyaḥ Pārṣataṃ cāpi viddhvā pañcabhir āyasaiḥ | punaḥ pañcāśatā tūrṇaṃ tiṣṭha tiṣṭheti cābravīt ||
Translation
Sañjaya said: Hārdikya (Kṛtavarman), having pierced Pārṣata (Dhṛṣṭadyumna) with five iron-shafted arrows, swiftly struck him again with fifty more and cried, “Stand firm—stand firm!”
