व्यास उवाच स तथेति प्रतिश्रुत्य पूजयित्वा च नारदम् | अभ्यनुज्ञाय राजर्षिययौ वाराणसीं पुरीम्,व्यासजी कहते हैं--राजन! यह सुनकर राजर्षि मरुत्तने “बहुत अच्छा" कहकर नारदजीकी भूरि-भूरि प्रशंसा की और उनसे जानेकी आज्ञा ले वे वाराणसीपुरीकी ओर चल दिये
Transliteration
vyāsa uvāca sa tatheti pratiśrutya pūjayitvā ca nāradam | abhyanugñāya rājarṣir yayau vārāṇasīṃ purīm ||
Translation
Vyāsa said: Hearing this, the royal sage Marutta assented, saying, “So be it.” He honored Nārada with due reverence, took his leave with permission, and then set out toward the city of Vārāṇasī.
