Having arisen through my own agency, it will now proceed in accordance with Vedic ordinance and become established in practice.

Nāciketa addresses an elder as 'tāta' and reports pleasing news: he has obtained a great sacrificial rite that can be carried out with limited resources, and he declares that it will now be put into effect according to Vedic rules and become established in practice.
