हरिश्रन्द्रक्रतौ देवांस्तोषयित्वा55त्मतेजसा । पुत्रतामनुसम्प्राप्तो विश्वामित्रस्य धीमत:,हरिश्वन्द्रके उस यज्ञमें अपने तेजसे देवताओंको संतुष्ट करके विश्वामित्रने शुन:शेपको छुड़ाया था; इसलिये वह बुद्धिमान विश्वामित्रके पुत्रभावको प्राप्त हो गया
Translation
In Hariścandra’s sacrifice, Viśvāmitra, by the radiance of his own power, satisfied the gods and set Śunaḥśepa free. Therefore Śunaḥśepa attained the status of son to the wise Viśvāmitra.
