Aṣṭāvakra–Strī-saṃvāda: Dhṛti, hospitality, and a dispute on autonomy
विदितो भगवानस्य कार्यमागमनस्य यत् । पश्यैनं त्वं महाभागं ज्वलन्तमिव तेजसा,“आपका आगमन और इस आगमनका जो उद्देश्य है, वह सब कुछ कुबेरको पहलेसे ही ज्ञात है। देखिये, ये महाभाग धनाध्यक्ष अपने तेजसे प्रकाशित होते हुए आ रहे हैं'
vidito bhagavān asya kāryam āgamanasya yat | paśyainaṃ tvaṃ mahābhāgaṃ jvalantam iva tejasā |
Bhīṣma said: “Kubera, the Lord of wealth, already knows the purpose of your coming. Look—this illustrious Kubera, treasurer of the gods, is drawing near, blazing as though aflame with his own radiance.”
