Aṣṭāvakra’s Visit to Kubera: Hospitality, Temptation, and the Ethics of Restraint (अष्टावक्र-वैश्रवणोपाख्यानम्)

एवमुकक्‍त्वा तु भगवान्‌ वरेण्यो वृषवाहन: । महेश्वरो महाराज कृत्तिवासा महाद्युति:

evam uktvā tu bhagavān vareṇyo vṛṣavāhanaḥ | maheśvaro mahārāja kṛttivāsā mahādyutiḥ ||

Having spoken thus, the blessed and most excellent Lord—Maheshvara, the great king, the bull-bannered one, clad in a hide, and radiant with great splendor—then proceeded onward.
