बहुप्रसाद: सुस्वप्नो दर्पणो<थ त्वमित्रजित्‌ । वेदकारो मन्त्रकारो विद्वान्‌ समरमर्दन:,४२२ बहुप्रसाद:--भक्तोंपर अधिक कृपा करनेवाले, ४२३ सुस्वप्र:--सुन्दर स्वप्नवाले, ४२४ दर्पण:--दर्पणके समान स्वच्छ, ४२५ अमित्रजित्‌--बाहर-भीतरके शत्रुओंको जीतनेवाले, ४२६ वेदकार:--वेदोंका कर्ता, ४२७ मन्त्रकार:--मन्त्रोंका आविष्कार करनेवाले, ४२८ विद्वान--सर्वज्ञ, ४२९ समरमर्दन:--समरांगणमें शत्रुओंका संहार करनेवाले

vāyudeva uvāca | bahuprasādaḥ susvapno darpaṇo 'tha tvamitrajit | vedakāro mantrakāro vidvān samaramardanaḥ ||

Vāyu said: “You grant abundant grace; you are of auspicious dreams; you are clear like a mirror; you are the conqueror of foes. You are the maker of the Vedas, the revealer of mantras, the all-knowing one, and the crusher of enemies on the battlefield.”
