गणकर्ता गणपतिर्दिग्वासा: काम एव च | मन्त्रवित्‌ परमो मन्त्र: सर्वभावकरो हर:,९९ गणकर्ता--अपने पार्षदगणोंका संघटन करनेवाले, १०० गणपति:-- प्रमथगणोंके स्वामी, १०१ दिग्वासा:--दिगम्बर, १०२ काम:--कमनीय, १०३ मन्त्रवित्‌ --मन्त्रवेत्ता, १०४ परमो मन्त्र:--उत्कृष्ट मन्त्रूप, १०५ सर्वभावकर:--समस्त पदार्थोंकी सृष्टि करनेवाले, १०६ हर:--दुःख हरण करनेवाले

gaṇakartā gaṇapatir digvāsāḥ kāma eva ca | mantravit paramo mantraḥ sarvabhāvakaro haraḥ ||

Vāyu-deva said: “He is the organizer of the gaṇas, the Lord of the gaṇas; the sky-clad (digambara); and truly ‘Kāma’, the desirable one. He is the knower of mantras, the supreme mantra itself; the maker of all beings and states of existence; and Hara, the remover of sorrow.”
