गभस्ति््रह्यकृद् ब्रद्मी ब्रद्मविद् ब्राह्मणो गति: । अनन्तरूपो नैकात्मा तिग्मतेजा: स्वयम्भुव:,८५७ गभस्ति:--सूर्यस्वरूप, ८५८ ब्रह्मकृत--वेदोंका आविष्कार करनेवाले, ८५९ ब्रह्मी--वेदाध्यायी, ८६० ब्रह्मवित्--वेदार्थवेत्ता, ८६१ ब्राह्मण:--ब्रह्मनिष्ठ, ८६२ गति: --ब्रह्मनिष्ठोंकी परमगति, ८६३ अनन्तरूप:--अनन्त रूपवाले, ८६४ नैकात्मा--अनेक शरीरधारी, ८६५ तिग्मतेजा: स्वयम्भुव:--ब्रह्माजीकी अपेक्षा प्रचण्ड तेजस्वी
gabhastir brahmakṛd brahmī brahmavid brāhmaṇo gatiḥ | anantarūpo naikātmā tigmtejāḥ svayambhuvaḥ ||
Vāyu said: “He is the Sun-like Radiance; the revealer of Brahman (the Vedas); the Veda-reciter; the knower of Vedic meaning; the Brahman-abiding holy one; and the supreme goal of those established in Brahman. He is of endless forms, not confined to a single embodiment, and possesses a blazing splendor—self-existent.”
