प्रभावात्मा जगत्कालस्थालो लोकहितस्तरु: । सारड्रो नवचक्राड़: केतुमाली सभावन:

Transliteration

prabhāvātmā jagatkālasthālo lokahitastaruḥ | sāraḍro navacakrāḍaḥ ketumālī sabhāvanaḥ ||

Translation

Vāyu-deva said: “He is of radiant essence; he is the vessel in which the world and Time are set. He stands as a tree of welfare for all beings. Firm in his core, endowed with a ninefold wheel, bearing a banner, and possessed of noble disposition.”
