परदारेषु ये चापि चक्षुर्दुष्ट प्रयुझ्जते । तेन दुष्टस्वभावेन जात्यन्धास्ते भवन्ति ह
Transliteration
paradāreṣu ye cāpi cakṣur-duṣṭaṃ prayuñjate | tena duṣṭa-svabhāvena jātyandhās te bhavanti ha ||
Translation
Maheshvara said: Those who cast a corrupt and lustful gaze upon the wives of others—by that very depraved disposition—are indeed born blind.
