ययाति–देवयानी संवादः

Yayāti–Devayānī Dialogue and Śukra’s Consent

तथेत्युक्त्वा तत: प्रायाद्‌ बृहस्पतिसुत: कच: । तदाभिपूजितो देवै: समीपे वृषपर्वण:,तब “बहुत अच्छा” कहकर बृहस्पतिपुत्र कच देवताओंसे सम्मानित हो वहाँसे वृषपर्वाके समीप गये

tathety uktvā tataḥ prāyād bṛhaspati-sutaḥ kacaḥ | tadābhipūjito devaiḥ samīpe vṛṣaparvaṇaḥ ||

Having said, “So be it,” Kaca, the son of Bṛhaspati, then set out. Honoured and duly revered by the gods, he went from there to the presence of Vṛṣaparvan.
