Śārṅgaka-stuti to Agni during the Khāṇḍava Conflagration (शार्ङ्गक-स्तुतिः / अग्नि-स्तुतिः)

अर्जुन वासुदेवं च यौ तौ लोको5भिमन्यते । तावेतौ सहितावेहि खाण्डवस्य समीपत:,“वहाँके लोग उन्हें अर्जुन और वासुदेवके नामसे जानते हैं। वे दोनों इस समय खाण्डववनके पास ही एक साथ बैठे हैं

arjunaṃ vāsudevaṃ ca yau tau loko 'bhimanyate | tāv etau sahitāv ehi khāṇḍavasya samīpataḥ ||

Vaiśampāyana said: “Those two whom the people recognize by the names Arjuna and Vāsudeva—know that they are together at this very moment, seated near the Khāṇḍava forest.”
