Śārṅgakānāṃ Avināśaḥ (Why the Śārṅga Birds Were Spared) | शार्ङ्गकानामविनाशः
दिव्यगर्भोपमै: पुन्रै्व्यूढोरस्कैर्महारथै: । अन्वितो राजशार्दूल पाण्डवा मुदमाप्नुवन्,राजेश्वर! देवपुत्रोंके समान चौड़ी छातीवाले महारथी पुत्रोंसे संयुक्त हो पाण्डव बड़े प्रसन्न हुए
vaishampāyana uvāca |
divyagarbhopamaiḥ putrair vyūḍhoraskair mahārathaiḥ |
anvito rājaśārdūla pāṇḍavā mudam āpnuvan rājēśvara ||
Vaiśampāyana said: O tiger among kings, O lord of kings—endowed with sons like divine offspring, broad-chested and mighty chariot-warriors, the Pāṇḍavas were filled with joy. It teaches that strength and prosperity, grounded in rightful lineage and disciplined valor, become a blessing for all rather than mere pride.
