ji-lāghavaṃ śabdavedhitvaṃ dṛṣṭvā tat paramaṃ tadā |
prekṣya taṃ vrīḍitāśvāsan praśaśaṃsuś ca sarvaśaḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana said: Seeing then that supreme lightness of hand and the extraordinary skill of striking a target by sound alone, the princes looked toward him and, feeling ashamed, fell silent; and from every side they praised the archer.
