कर्णप्रवेशः—रङ्गे द्वन्द्वयुद्धप्रस्तावः तथा अङ्गराज्याभिषेकः

Karna’s Entry, Duel Proposal, and Consecration as King of Aṅga

तथा विट्शूद्रसड्घानां महान्‌ व्यतिकरो5भवत्‌ | न कश्चिदकरोदीर्ष्यामभवन्‌ धर्मबुद्धयः,शूद्रों और वैश्योंके समुदायका बहुत बड़ा मेला जुट गया। किसीके मनमें ईष्याका भाव नहीं था। सबकी बुद्धि धर्ममें लगी हुई थी

tathā viṭśūdrasaṅghānāṃ mahān vyatikaro 'bhavat | na kaścid akarod īrṣyām abhavan dharmabuddhayaḥ ||

Likewise, a great mingling and gathering arose among the communities of Vaiśyas and Śūdras. No one harbored jealousy; the minds of all were set upon dharma.
