Sudāmā Brāhmaṇa: Divine Friendship, Guru-bhakti, and the Lord’s Grace

सूत उवाच विष्णुरातेन सम्पृष्टो भगवान् बादरायणि: । वासुदेवे भगवति निमग्नहृदयोऽब्रवीत् ॥ ५ ॥

sūta uvāca viṣṇu-rātena sampṛṣṭo bhagavān bādarāyaṇiḥ vāsudeve bhagavati nimagna-hṛdayo ’bravīt

Sūta Gosvāmī said: Thus questioned by King Viṣṇurāta, the mighty sage Bādarāyaṇi replied, his heart fully absorbed in meditation upon Vāsudeva, the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
