FAQs

This verse advises approaching Śrī Kṛṣṇa as the supreme shelter of the saintly, trusting that He can remove material suffering and provide what is needed.

Seeing their household suffering, she reminded Sudāmā that Kṛṣṇa is the devotees’ refuge and encouraged him to seek Kṛṣṇa’s mercy for their family’s relief.

In hardship, turn to sincere devotion—seek the Lord’s shelter through prayer, remembrance, and association with devotees—while doing one’s duty without losing faith.
