Kṛṣṇa Arrives at Kuṇḍina and Abducts Rukmiṇī
Rukmiṇī-haraṇa Prelude
नमस्ये त्वाम्बिकेऽभीक्ष्णं स्वसन्तानयुतां शिवाम् । भूयात् पतिर्मे भगवान् कृष्णस्तदनुमोदताम् ॥ ४६ ॥
namasye tvāmbike ’bhīkṣṇaṁ sva-santāna-yutāṁ śivām bhūyāt patir me bhagavān kṛṣṇas tad anumodatām
[Rukmiṇī prayed:] O Mother Ambikā, auspicious consort of Lord Śiva, I bow to you again and again, together with your children. May Lord Kṛṣṇa become my husband; please graciously approve this boon.
In 10.53.46, Rukmiṇī repeatedly offers obeisances to Ambikā and prays that Lord Kṛṣṇa may become her husband, asking the goddess to approve and bless that desire.
Within the narrative, Rukmiṇī follows the customary worship at the temple and petitions Ambikā for auspiciousness, while her central longing remains single-pointed: to attain Kṛṣṇa as her husband by divine arrangement.
Offer sincere, repeated prayer with clarity of intention, seek blessings from elders/guardians of dharma, and keep the heart fixed on the highest good rather than temporary outcomes.
