Govardhana-dhāraṇa: Kṛṣṇa Lifts Govardhana and Humbles Indra

ततस्ते निर्ययुर्गोपा: स्वं स्वमादाय गोधनम् । शकटोढोपकरणं स्त्रीबालस्थविरा: शनै: ॥ २७ ॥

tatas te niryayur gopāḥ svaṁ svam ādāya go-dhanam śakaṭoḍhopakaraṇaṁ strī-bāla-sthavirāḥ śanaiḥ

Then the cowherd men gathered their own cows, loaded their paraphernalia onto the wagons and went out, while the women, children and elderly followed gradually.
