Gokula’s Wonder, Kṛṣṇa’s Bhakta-vaśyatā, the Move to Vṛndāvana, and the Slaying of Vatsāsura and Bakāsura

“O Rāma, joy of our family, come at once with Your younger brother. You ate in the morning; now it is fitting that You eat again.”
This verse shows Yaśodā addressing Balarāma affectionately and instructing Him to come with Kṛṣṇa, revealing her intimate parental love where the Supreme Lord is treated as her child.
In the flow of Kṛṣṇa’s childhood pastimes, Yaśodā manages the boys like an ordinary mother—calling them in from play and arranging their meals—highlighting the sweetness of Vraja’s family life.
Serve and remember God with simple, family-like affection—offering food, care, and daily attention—so devotion becomes natural and consistent rather than merely formal.
