Sukta 8

या हृदयमुपर्षन्त्यनुतन्वन्ति कीकसाः । अहिंसन्तीरनामया निर्द्रवन्तु बहिर्बिलम्

yā́ hṛ́dayam upárṣanty anutánvanti kī́kasāḥ | ahíṃsantīr anā́mayā nírdravantu bahírbílam ||

Whatsoever press upon the heart and spread along the ribs, let them—made harmless, made disease-less—run forth, outward through the exit-hole.
