तानश्वत्थ निः शृणीहि शत्रून् वैबाधदोधतः । इन्द्रेण वृत्रघ्ना मेदी मित्रेण वरुणेन च
tā́n aśvattha níḥ śṛṇīhi śátrūn vaibādhadódhataḥ | índreṇa vṛtrághnā médī mítreṇa váruṇena ca ||
Those enemies, O Aśvattha, shatter forth—drive them away with vehement thrust: with Indra the Vṛtra-slayer, with Medī, with Mitra and with Varuṇa.
