तस्य व्रात्यस्य । यदादित्यमभिसंविशन्त्यमावास्यां चैव तत् पौर्णमासीं च
tásya vrā́tyasya | yadā́dityám abhi-saṃviśánty amāvāsyā́ṃ caivá tát paurṇamāsī́ṃ ca
Of that Vrātya: when they enter into the Sun—then that is, in very truth, both the New-moon and the Full-moon.
