Sukta 17
तस्य व्रात्यस्य । योऽस्य पञ्चमो व्यानस्त ऋतवः
tásya vrā́tyasya | yó ’sya pañcamó vyānáḥ tá ṛtávaḥ
Of that Vrātya: that which in him is the fifth, the Vyāna-breath—those are the Seasons.

Devata: Vrātya (as cosmic person); secondarily Kāla/Ṛtu (Time/Seasons) through identification
