Sukta 2

आ रोह तल्पं सुमनस्यमानेह प्रजां जनय पत्ये अस्मै। इन्द्राणीव सुबुधा बुध्यमाना ज्योतिरग्रा उषसः प्रति जागरासि

ā́ roha tálpaṃ su-manasyámānèhá prajā́ṃ janaya pátye asmái | indrāṇī́va su-búdhā búdhyamānā jyótir-agrā uṣásaḥ práti jāgarāsi

Mount thou the couch, of gracious mind; here generate offspring for this thy lord. Like Indrāṇī, well-awake, awakening, with light before thee, thou watchest toward the Dawns.
