ध्रुवेयं विराण्नमो अस्त्वस्यै शिवा पुत्रेभ्य उत मह्यमस्तु । सा नो देव्यदिते विश्ववार इर्य इव गोपा अभि रक्ष पक्वम्
dhrúveyáṃ virā́ḍ námo astv asyái śivā́ putrébhya utá máhyam astu | sā́ no devy ádite viśvavāre írya iva gopā́ abhí rakṣa pakvám ||
Homage be to her—this steadfast Virāj: auspicious be she for our sons, and auspicious also for myself. Do thou, goddess Aditi, all-bounteous, like a watchful herdsman, guard round about our cooked oblation.
