पापमोचनम्। अग्निं ब्रूमो वनस्पतीनोषधीरुत वीरुधः । इन्द्रं बृहस्पतिं सूर्यं ते नो मुञ्चन्त्वंहसः
pā́pamocanam | agníṃ brū́mo vanaspátīn óṣadhīr utá vīrúdhaḥ | índraṃ bṛ́haspátiṃ sū́ryaṃ té no muñcántv áṃhasaḥ
A release from evil: We invoke Agni, the Lords of the wood, the healing herbs and the plants that creep; Indra, Bṛhaspati, and Sūrya—let these set us free from anguish and from sin.
