वसवस्त्वा दक्षिणत उत्तरान्मरुतस्त्वा । आदित्याः पश्चाद् गोप्स्यन्ति साग्निष्टोममति द्रव
vásavas tvā dakṣiṇatá uttárān marútas tvā | ādityā́ḥ paścā́d gopsyánti sá ’gniṣṭómam áti drava
The Vasus shall guard thee from the south, the Maruts from the north; the Ādityas from behind shall guard thee: run thou beyond the Agniṣṭoma.
