राजव्यञ्जनमरूपवेलायां प्रकृतीनां दर्शयेत्मित्रामित्रदूतानां च ॥ कZ_०५.६.०३ ॥
Transliteration
rājavyañjanam arūpavelāyāṃ prakṛtīnāṃ darśayet mitrāmitradūtānāṃ ca
Translation
At an opportune time, he should display the “royal signs” (tokens of kingship) to the state constituencies—and also to envoys of allies and enemies.
