तैश्च यथोचितां संभाषाममात्यमुखो गच्छेत् ॥ कZ_०५.६.०४ ॥
Transliteration
taiś ca yathocitāṃ saṃbhāṣām amātyamukho gacchet
Translation
And with them (those envoys/parties), the minister should conduct conversation appropriately—taking the lead (speaking as the front).
