आत्ययिके कार्ये मन्त्रिणो मन्त्रिपरिषदं चाहूय ब्रूयात् ॥ कZ_०१.१५.५८ ॥

Transliteration

ātyayike kārye mantriṇo mantripariṣadaṃ cāhūya brūyāt

Translation

In an emergency matter, he should summon the ministers and the council of ministers and lay the issue before them.
