तयोर्विशेषलाभादतिसंधिः ॥ कZ_०७.९.०६ ॥

Transliteration

tayor viśeṣalābhād atisaṃdhiḥ

Translation

When one party obtains a special (additional) gain over the other, it is an over-advantage pact (atisaṃdhi).
