दण्डश्च हिरण्येनान्ये च कामाः प्राप्यन्त इति ॥ कZ_०७.९.३० ॥

Transliteration

daṇḍaś ca hiraṇyenānye ca kāmāḥ prāpyanta iti

Translation

For coercive power (daṇḍa) and other desired ends are obtained through money.
