Sutra 32

दूष्यामित्राटवीदण्डं वास्मै दद्यात् ॥ कZ_०७.८.३२ ॥

dūṣyāmitrāṭavīdaṇḍaṃ vā asmai dadyāt.

Or he should assign him a punitive action/command directed specifically against a troublesome enemy or a forest (frontier) zone.
