संधिविग्रहक्रमहेतुभिर्वा चेष्टेत ॥ कZ_०७.२.१८ ॥
Transliteration
saṃdhivigrahakramahetubhir vā ceṣṭeta
Translation
Or he should act according to the causal logic of the sequence of peace and hostility (treaty and war).
