Sutra 19

दूष्यामित्राटविकानुभयोरुपगृह्णीयात् ॥ कZ_०७.२.१९ ॥

dūṣyāmitrāṭavikān ubhayor upagṛhṇīyāt

He should win over both: the corruptible enemy elements and the forest tribes.
