अन्यथानिचितमेषां पण्याध्यक्षो गृह्णीयात् ॥ कZ_०४.२.२६ ॥

Transliteration

anyathā nicitam eṣāṃ paṇyādhyakṣo gṛhṇīyāt

Translation

Otherwise, whatever stock they have accumulated (without authorization) the Superintendent of Commerce should seize/confiscate.
